While AI has been widely touted as the next frontier in personalised learning, few schools have found a scalable, sustainable way to make this vision a reality—especially without coding expertise on staff. This seminar shares the story of a breakthrough collaboration between a pioneering school leader and the creators of Estha, a no-code AI platform that empowers teachers to build their own apps using their subject expertise—no programming required.

Presented jointly by the school principal and a co-designer of the platform, this session highlights how an entire teaching staff—with no prior tech background—successfully built and deployed AI-powered bots and apps for over 600 students. These tools range from always-available expert teacher bots and automated grading apps to AI-facilitated formative assessments and student-led hackathons for solving real-world problems.
