Overview
In contemporary academia and society, science and technology innovation (STI) and entrepreneurship have become hot topics. According to the guidelines from the Education Bureau, schools should provide learning opportunities that enable students to utilize critical thinking and creativity to propose innovative solutions, while also applying them in real business environments to create value for society. However, achieving this goal poses challenges at the secondary education level.
Over the past few years, Cheng Yu Tung Secondary School has focused on STEAM education, aiming to enhance students' abilities to solve social problems. These achievements are not only the result of guidance and suggestions from professionals but have also attracted the attention of real users, gradually evolving into market-competitive products. Participating students and alumni have even established their own technology companies, showcasing their entrepreneurial spirit.
The speaker will share the development journey of the school's STEAM education team, innovative products and their market applications, and discuss the entrepreneurial experiences of graduates.
