A Holistic Approach to Achieving Campus-wide Enhancement of Mental Well-being

Overview

In response to growing concerns over mental health challenges among Hong Kong students, Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU) launched a comprehensive three-year university-wide initiative in January 2024 to strengthen student well-being. This seminar speaker will elaborate on HKMU's innovative strategies, with particular emphasis on the ‘three-dimensional supporting system on mental health’ driven by the Metro FAITH model - a groundbreaking whole-person development framework designed to nurture student resilience, positive mindset, and holistic growth.
