Overview
The health and well-being of students are increasingly being given attention. This school has adopted a social-emotional education program provided by an external organisation for our life education course. To cater the needs of our school, we have optimised and extended some of the topics. The speaker’s team incorporates school-based examples, and employs interactive and experiential teaching methods such as role-playing, group discussions, and scenario simulations. This aims to enhance student engagement and provide more opportunities for practical application, striking a balance between theory and practice. The course content also cultivates students' 4Rs abilities of Resilience, Relationship, Rest, and Relaxation. By integrating these elements, we aim to help students establish the right values and develop a healthy mindset, thereby enhancing the overall health culture of the school.
